The house was once a small holding, built after the First World War, to accommodate returning soldiers.

We have recently renovated this spacious, homely house, to a high standard.

The interior is a mixture of old and new which we hope blends well, as your comfort and relaxation is of utmost importance to us.

We offer a choice of three comfortable, tastefully decorated bedrooms.

The Oak Room, which has a double bed, with a private bathroom which includes a Monsoon Shower and Jacuzzi bath.

The Mahogany Room, which has a King size sleigh bed giving exquisite comfort. This room has an en-suite bathroom.

The Crystal Room is special because of it's sumptious en-suite shower room - This room costs slightly more but at £30 per person per night it's a steal..you must stay in this room 'cos..."your worth it"...

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and are equipped with hair dryers.

Summerfield is in an idyllic situation on a quiet country lane, but close enough to all the necessary amenities as we are minutes from the A483 and A5 the main route to Wales.

It sits in ¾ of an acre of pretty gardens, surrounded by fields and panoramic views of the Welsh Mountains.

Not only do we have all this, but birds feed regularly in the garden and can be seen and enjoyed from the patio and the breakfast room.

In the afternoon and evening you can sit in the garden in one of the many seating area's and hear nothing but birds singing and sounds of the livestock in adjacent fields - such an amazing chill out zone!

We have, peace and calm and we are blessed to have fairies at the bottom of the garden - how fantastic is that?

Your friendly hosts are Martin and Jo who want you to enjoy your stay; we will be available at all times to assist and help wherever we can.

A little about our "Pet-Friendly" policy...

We are happy to accept your pet's to come and stay.

Should you wish to bring pets, please talk to us; let us know their likes and dislikes, so that we can accommodate them.

We are close to the A483 and the A5... Only 5 minutes away from the Orthopaedic Hospital and the Derwen College, Oswestry!
